Regional Manager Jobs

Regional Managers are often responsible for a group of Opticians in a certain area. The Regional Managers focus is upon making sure each practice in that specific area is successful and achiveing it's goals. They will help set targets and ensure that these targets are being met by the staff.

The Regional manager will usually travel between the various practices in the specified location, ensuring the running of the practice is smooth and efficient making sure sales figures are sufficient and that staff are motivated and performing effectively.

The Regional manager will usually come from an Optical background and may have previously been a Practice Manager at a store. They will have to have displayed leadership qualities and have a proven track record of success.
