Responsibilities of the role will include: greeting patients at reception, liaising with them throughout and following consultation, patient billing, taking ownership for follow-ups with the patient, responsibility for correspondence and general PA support. 

To perform this role you will have high personal presentation with excellent patient and customer focus with significant experience in a similar customer service based role.  Well organised and flexible you may have previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or assistant or retail associate working in a high street optical practice, candidates from a specialist reception and administration background will also be considered.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a rapidly growing and dynamic organisation with high service standards - which your own ethics must match.
