Optometry vacancy and Optical Practice Manager jobs in East London.  Zest Optical is working with one of the largest independent practices to recruit a full time Practice Manager to work between two practices in Bow and Leyton, East London.

This large chain of independent practices pride itself on the quality of care, service and product it provides for all its patients and customers, and the focus is on providing high quality eye care to its customers.

As a Practice Manager working for this excellent company you will require a business-like approach to the position. You will be responsible for the daily management of your branch and will be in charge of managing and motivating staff to ensure any set targets are achieved. As well as dealing with any staffing issues that arise, you will also be responsible for ensuring standards of quality and customer care are always at the highest levels possible.

In working closely with your Regional Manager you will receive support and encouragement to help you and your branch realise your full potential.

The company are specifically looking for a customer service led, enthusiastic candidate who is also commercially driven.
