Ophthalmic Sales vacancy and Area Sales manager role Northern UK. Zest Optical are working on behalf of a successful global company to recruit an Area Sales manager to join their emerging Ophthalmic Diagnostic solutions department.

An Area Sales manager is required to join one of the emerging Manufacturers of Ophthalmic Diagnostic equipment and software to cover Northern England and Scotland. This successful global company provide products and services that contribute to people's health and happiness,  and consists of many associated companies one of which being the Ophthalmic division.  This is a highly repeatable company with a rich heritage of success, looking to develop their products into the UK market

As an Area sales manager you will responsible for building and developing new relationships with clients including Opticians, NHS and private practices, as well as offering strategic input to the senior management team in terms of Market statistics and trends.

Having previously worked in the ophthalmic equipment market before you will be able to show examples of your highly tuned sales and negation skills, and how you have impacted sales in your previous roles. The client is looking for a candidate who is driven by success and understands the importance of building and maintaining strong business relationships.
